We’ve been dreaming, planning and occasionally even taking steps to build a JHS. Of course, we wanted the “perfect” situation. That is, purchase our own land and then build our whole compound for Joy2theWorld International Christian Academy.
But God was not ready for us to take this big step! Not enough money to negotiate a price for land. Not enough money after the purchase of land to then build a school on the grounds.
So we finally surrendered to build on our landowners land. There was a broken down apartment building located directly behind our school. To make the JHS plans work, we agreed to renovate the apartments and turn them into classrooms.
