We had a fun-filled day today at J2W! Our students have been asking more and more as the 31st approached, “when is Halloween?” Now a yearly tradition, J2W celebrates October 31st by giving our students costumes, having some fun with face paint, and parading around the neighborhood singing praise songs together.   When we get back to the school, the students get to go “Trick-or-Treating.” Our Senior Director, Amos, gets the fun job of being the “resident” of our cardboard “house” and the students all knock on the door one at a time and say “Trick or Treat!” before Amos gives them their candy! The costumes were awesome, everyone (including the staff) had a great time parading around, and the students loved Trick-or-Treating!                 Although, sadly, the sun is setting on Halloween 2018, we are already excited for next year! Thank you to our costume and candy donors! You made this Halloween possible! Thanks again, from Joy2theWorld and we pray that you have a blessed Halloween as well.
