Kay Farjadi arrived in Accra, Ghana in September, 2014 to spend time meeting our children and teachers. Kay jumped right in (as usual!) and led our teachers in a day of Professional Development. We introduced the need for Critical Thinking…and will continue this topic for the year. Critical Thinking is our theme for 2014-2015! Our students will be learning and making decisions about their learning (now and in their future) that will require the ability to THINK! It starts early in nursery and KG. Instead of just the usual repetitive lessons…we are adding the ability to discern…to solve problems too!
